Safety concerns

To report suspicious behavior, scams, verification concerns, or an unsafe exchange, contact theexchangrapp@gmail.com. If there is an immediate risk to someone’s safety, contact campus security or local emergency services first.

Campus launch requests

If you want Exchangr Campus to launch at your school or student group, send a note to theexchangrapp@gmail.com with your campus name and a short description of interest.

Response timing

We aim to review most general support requests within two business days. Safety-related reports are prioritized whenever possible.
